What Once Was Lost Has Now Been Found

Do you remember when we first started the Traveling Pattern over two years ago?  I know, I can't believe that it has been two whole years since our journey began!

During that time the pattern traveled all over the United States before making its way overseas.  Somehow, somewhere it got lost in the sea of mail.  But to my great surprise, it recently it resurfaced over at Cucki's place.  She had a grand finish and sent it over Mouse's way.  I can't wait to see Mouse's version!

Catherine, if you are still interested in stitching the traveling pattern after Mouse please give me a shout out via email.

I can't wait to get everything back so that I can present it all to Peggy!

Happy Stitching!

Christmas in July

Can you believe it?  2013 is already half over. My how time flies!

I haven't stitched as much this year as I normally do. Life changes and many times it is not always in the way a person would want or expect. Still, life must go on and we must change and adapt.

This year I've decided to focus my stitching on one piece that I started in December 2012......
Santa of the Forest by Lavender & Lace:

I'm well on my way, but I still have lots of ground to cover. My ultimate goal is to finish it in time to display for Christmas.  To that end I must get to it.  This will be the first time my needle has hit the fabric all day!

Happy Stitches!
