Saturday Night Stitching Party

Well, as you will be able to see once you scroll down, my mojo is back. To tell the truth, I don't think it ever really left. I've just been so consumed with my current situation that I was unable to stitch. During the worst of it I really wanted to pick up my needle, but I just couldn't! At least my situation has taken a turn in the right direction.....even though I'm not real sure what direction "right" really is. I just know that I feel at peace with everything right now. It will be a long road, but I am ready for the ride. I have such wonderful family support and all of my friends.....well, all I can say is that I am very grateful for them. I'm also grateful for all of you and your kind words that are full of compassion and support.

Enough of that! I know the real reason you stopped by. Here is what I have been working on tonight. This is "My Lady's Quaker". I'm using Lakeside Linen and Belle Soie. I will be happy to share my color selections, but I haven't decided if I'm going to keep the green or go for a shade darker. Ok, ok! Enough typing! Here she is.......ENJOY!!!!!

Hi! That is going to be so cute! I wanted to stitch last night, but I have an urge to start a bunch of projects... so I made an inventory of my linens last night. THEN I stitched for just a little bit on my BBD Blessings be Thine. I should be posting on the blog sometime today...

Glad to hear you are feeling better about 'things'. I am a good listener, should you feel the need.

Big Hugs.

This is absolutely beautiful! I love the colors. Reminds me of the Quaker Christmas one I did once and I really enjoyed working on it.
I think your color selections are great!
