Where I live, we are currently under a Hurricane Watch. Maybe will stay far enough offshore that we will just get some wind and rain on Thursday night/Friday morning. I'm also hoping that there won't be too much flooding or coastal erosion during the high tides.
At least we are on the same electric grid as the hospital, so that means our power will be one of the first to be restored if it goes out. Hmmmm........I guess I'd better charge up my Nook tonight so that I will have something to do if the power goes out. After all, it is kind of hard to stitch on 40ct without an Ott Light!
Stay safe my fellow East Coast Bloggers!
Happy Stitching!

Good luck with Earl, stay safe :)
Stay safe sweetie!! XOXO
I will have to tell my old high school boyfriend to stop wreaking havoc in your area! lol
Stay safe...and if they tell ya to evacuate, please do just that....
Praying for Earl to stay far out at sea. But just in case, batten down the hatches and lay in a supply of your favorite cookies.
Batten down those hatches and run to the store for supplies! Stay safe and dry.
We are praying for the safety of everyone out your way. Good luck, and we'll see ya on the other side!
Heck--I want to have to miss work!! So we gotta have a little danger!! Otherwise, I am stuck doing the work of two people on Friday! Not my fave! So, in my mind, staying at home is safest... Right?
I hope that the storm doesn;t hit you hard The picture in your previous post looks beautiful - like the calm before the storm. Stay safe!
Stay safe, blogging friend! I have been thinking of you with each update on the hurricane here tonight. It bears repeating - stay safe!!
Will keep you in our prayers. Be safe!
Well it's the day after the storm warning. Was it was bad as you thought it might be? Did you get to stitch? I hope you didn't suffer any damage at all.
Lots of Love
